Purpose & Mission
The Eastlake Slowpitch Booster Club, a 501c3 organization, was founded by parents of the Eastlake Slowpitch program as a community organization. Our mission is to establish, cultivate, and maintain the highest level of relationships with and between the Eastlake Slowpitch program and its various constituencies. We promote an awareness and appreciation of the Slowpitch program and raise resources to invest and enhance the growth, development, and experience of the players.
The funds raised throughout the course of any given year are used to offset the costs of running a competitive slowpitch program. The Eastlake Slowpitch Booster Club assists wherever needed to allow the coaching staff more time with our student athletes. Whether volunteering, raising resources, attending games, or supporting off-season activities, Eastlake Wolf fans are encouraged and welcomed to get involved with Eastlake Slowpitch Booster Club. Join today!
Volunteers
A huge THANK YOU to all the parents who filled out the volunteer interest survey! I replied to everyone who filled it out but didn't get confirmation from everyone; I used the Eastlake Slowpitch Boosters email account so if you didn't receive it, please check your spam/junk email folder and contact me if you can't find it.

Raising Resources — Become a Booster Club Member
To create a high quality experience for the team, we ask all team families to join the Booster Club by becoming a member along with making a donation.
Although the LWSD Sports fee primarily funds entry fees, some uniform costs, and some transportation costs, it unfortunately does not fully support our budget. Therefore, we need your financial support through the Booster Club.
To help us raise resources, please:
- Join the Eastlake Slowpitch Booster Club by contributing a $50 membership fee.
- Donate an additional $50 to help fund the program and reduce the number of fundraisers.
- Request Employer Matching for both your Booster Club membership fee and donation.
How to Join the Booster Club and Donate
To join the EHS Slowpitch Booster Club, please contribute $50 for the membership dues or $100 if you wish to also include an extra donation.
- Visit the Wolfpack Association website to get our Zelle QR code and pay using Zelle.
- Or donate by sending a check to practice made payable to "EHS Slowpitch Booster Club." Please give the check to the coach or Treasurer.
How to Request Employer Matching Funds
If your employer matches charitable donations and volunteer hours, please take advantage of their program. We are registered with Starbucks, Boeing, Microsoft, and Costco.
Submit using: Eastlake Wolfpack Association — Tax ID EIN 77-0616862. Specify the sport (Slowpitch Softball) as this is an umbrella organization for all of the booster clubs at the high school.
Scholarships
We understand some families are financially not able to contribute. If this is the case for your family, please contact our booster club. Scholarships are available.
